1. Where the number ends in 1
If the number ends in 1, we will have two basic readings: "fashion" and "one".
Case 1: 1 reads as “one” when tens is equal to or less than 1

Case 2: 1 reads as "fashion" when the tens digit is greater than or equal to 2, less than or equal to 9.

2. In case of numbers ending in 4
Case 1: We will say "four" when the last number of the tens series is less than or equal to 1.

Case 2 : Read as "four" when the tens digit is greater than or equal to 2 or less than or equal to 9.
(When reading "four" we should combine with "ten" immediately before in the sentence)

324: Three hundred twenty-four. (Three hundred and twenty-four)
1944: One thousand nine hundred forty-four. (One thousand nine hundred forty-four)
678934: Six hundred and seventy-eight thousand nine hundred thirty-four
(*Note: Can be read as “four” when the tens digit is equal to 2 or 4).
3. The case where the number ends with 5
Case 1 : Read as "five" when tens is zero or when combined with words indicating row names, the word "ten" follows.
For example:
78905: Seventy-eight thousand nine hundred and five
505155: Five hundred and five thousand one hundred and fifty-five.
Case 2 : When the number ends with 5 we will read it as "five" when the tens number is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 9
(pronounced “five” when combined with the preceding word “ten” or “ten”).
For example:
9845: Nine thousand eight hundred forty-five
5555: Five thousand five hundred and fifty-five
98675: Ninety-eight thousand six hundred and seventy-five
